Overall rating:

Stereotypical British builder. Promises you the world and delivers nothing. Spends more time acquiring the business than actually overseeing the work. Underquotes and then adds extras on from day one. Be warned, this guy will attempt to rip you off. There's a reason he's able to start the work immediately.
