Our new bathroom was supposed to take 3 days. Now, 4 months on, it is still unfinished and we have had to pay another company to fix it. Most of the work was completed to a very poor quality and we had to call them back out about just about everything (plaster falling off the walls, leaking bath, not able to fit a bath panel and leaking sink to mention a few.) They do not take the time to clean up after themselves and I have spent many hours scraping excess silicone off the walls with a stanley knife. They have left our new floor all scratched. Our wall remains unfinished and the sink is not even attached to the wall (it's fixed at a funny angle with... you guessed it... silicone!) and they have repeatedly failed to turn up when they said they will. I have gone to Trading Standards about this and they are known to Trading Standards as "cowboy" traders. The address given is not their address... it is a "contact address". Unfortunately, we were too trusting and paid them in cash- won't make that mistake again.

The bottom line is... DON'T USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!!
