They did exactly what they agreed to do and more but the quoted price did not change ! and the work is excellent. Good builder. I would definately recommend them to anyone.

S. M. Home Improvements have fitted a new bathroom and kitchen in my flat and I am very pleased with the results. The finishing is to a very high standard and I have always felt achieving this was their main priority throughout the work. They have been both reliable and flexible during the job. I would highly recommended their services.

Wall removed between kitchen and dinning room and inserted R.S.J. Move boiler to adjacent wall and sort out electrics as needed i.e. light switches / power points etc. S. M. Home Improvements are prompt starters, telephoned daily with update of progress, are very helpful and friendly and accommodate changes required. i.e. gas pipe had to be moved due to units being put back in a different place than initially agreed. They dealt efficiently with the S.C.C. building inspectors. The quality of work was completed to a high standard and therefore we would recommend S. M. Home Improvements to anyone.
(Their humour and wit should be captured in a bottle and sold in supermarkets under the label “old codger” ! ! ! ! !)

i had s m home improvements come in and put a fence and a back gate up for me cutting my front garden off from my back garden. i was expecting it to take a week or so and to my surprise it only took 2 days they had a full team of mworkers working to complete the job quickly and to a high standard which im very very happy with and i will be using S. M. Home Improvements my local builder in Southampton again.

Our new lounge, new ceiling, new coving, new walls, what can I say. We have a home now. Now saving to get the dinning room done. They will defiantly be coming back. Thankyou S. M. Home Improvements.

We had four quotes for a new Kitchen. We are so glad we used S. M. Home Improvements. They have done an outstanding job for a very reasonable price. I recommend to use them if you are getting your kitchen done.

They moved our stair case. Other builders said it could not be done. S. M. Home Improvements did it and was cheap compared to the other quotes for a new stair case. The work is perfect. I would recommend them as they are good. A very happy customer.

I can now clean my bathroom with ease because the finish is very good. I will say they did more than we expected, but at the quoted price. S. M. Home Improvements is a building company I would recommend.
