The service was appalling, expecially Jo Wells who really had an attitude!

Overall rating:

This branch seems to be really inconsistent. Usually I love Starbucks - especially their hot chocolate with whipped cream or their caramel macchiato. However, you can never guarantee the quality of your drink here as it changes every time. I have now had more bad drinks than good from this branch that I've stopped using it for a while.
