I used Pudding Pie back in November 2008 for my Daughters birthday party she was 15, it was the best party she has ever had (her words) the service was fabulous, the idea was tremendous and they all loved it. I used Ilja again this week (May 2009) it was for a friends Hen Party, we had the Raclette Party, what a laugh, Ilja came with everything you could possibly want to east, all the equipment and we had the best time ever, I have been to a few hen parties over the years, but this turned out to be the most memorable and the most fun, many thanks Ilja and Pudding Pie I cannot wait to use you again you really made both occassions memorable and brilliant fun all with no work and very friendly service, thank you, thank you, thank you. Anyone reading this please use them you will not regret it!

Since my first visit to the Pudding Pie Cookery School, my wife bought me a Bread Making Course for Christmas. Wow what amazing bread, we made Croissants, Pizza, Olive Bread and Bread Rolls, they were fantastic! All the ingredients were supplied as before, all the clearing up was taken care of and I have all the recipes and I hope the knowledge and skill to make this myself from now on.
I cannot recommend the services of Ilja and Pudding Pie enough, they have transformed the way I cook and given me so much confidence it was worth every penny, I am now looking which course I can do next and I think we may book a Cookery Birthday Party for my daughters 8th birthday, go on give them a try you will not regret it.

As a serial wrecker of top quality venison, I had all but given up trying to cook it myself. Ilja came to the rescue in the form of a totally personalised 1:1 game cookery lesson, in my own kitchen, bought for me as a birthday present by my wife. Ilja called a few weeks before to make quite sure that she understood what I wanted to get from the lesson. We agreed on something based around venison and pigeon and, having established that there was nothing specific that I didn't like, Ilja assured me that she would arrive with some great recipe ideas.
The first thing that I noticed was the obvious quality of the ingredients that Ilja provided, the pigeon and venison were sourced from a well known local supplier and the cut of venison was top notch.
Ilja demonstrated and then let me try some basic techniques - I never knew how badly I've been cutting onions all these years. Very sensibly, we used my pans and utensils wherever possible - although Ilja provided the excellent chef's knives - the idea being that you can replicate the processes, with the equipment that you have at home and not rely on professional kit.
We cooked two pigeon dishes (one in a stunning chocolate sauce) and one venison, with some wonderful dauphinoise potatoes and glazed parsnips. I managed to eat a considerable amount of both pigeon dishes on the night and all of the venison - I didn't want to waste that! I even managed to finish off the pigeon dishes and vegetables the next day - so nothing was wasted. At the end of the evening, Ilja meticulously washed up and cleaned down the kitchen - refusing all offers of help.
In conclusion, a thorough lesson, conducted with enthusiasm and warmth. I would heartily recommend Ilja and a private lesson like this makes a creative present. Above all, I think I can now cook venison properly!
We had Pudding Pie do our work Buffet and Xmas Puddings for this year, it was great, lovely people to deal with, very professional, great quality and quantity of food and very good value, would use again.

We found Pudding Pie after buying some of the Banbury Tarts, we had them do a buffet for our wedding anniversary, it was without a doubt the best food we have ever had, everyone had loads of choice all the comments were fantastic, we have nothing do to, they cleared everything up, the display of the food was outstanding. We have since booked a Cookery Course for our grnadchildren for Christmas, a fantastic Company would recommend them.

We hired Ilja for our party last week and the kids can't stop talking about it so we booked her again for next year. Seriously suggest you try a cooking party as the kids will love it!!

We had a birthday party for my daughter, it was the best party she has ever had. The Pudding Pie Cookery School, provided all the equipment, food, menu's, recipes, party bags, they even did the Cake for us.
This is a fantastic idea, thank you all very much, would recommend to anyone !!
