If you want to be bullied into driving you best look elsewhere. Brian is just not like that. He's very calm and a great laugh. I loved every single second of it!!!

I was not the easiest pupil to teach I am sure. Very nervous and a bit uncoordinated. Brian never got frustrated with me and coached me until it all came together. I had a lovely time and made progress week by week. I failed first time for forgetting to check behind when doing turn in the road (how many times did Brian tell me to do that) but passed second time with a compliment from the examiner about being a smooth driver! If he can fit you in Brian is superb and I would recommend him to anyone.

I must say that Brian and me got on so well and I really enjoyed my lessons with him. I am grateful to him for being so patient when I started, I was rubbish - he never said that at the time but he has since!! Haha.
I really wish I'd had lessons when I was 17 (10 years ago) but now I have my licence it's given me the chance to do so much more and I thank Brian for that. Cheers Mr Atom x

Would not have had time to take test again before I went uni so had to pass first time. Brian helped me out by doing extra lessons on sundays for last 4 weeks as his diary was so full. Paid off though and he was as thrilled as me when I passed but he didn't scream like I did. Thanks a million Brian. See you on Facebook :] x

Been having lessons with Brian since March. They have been good fun and I have really enjoyed them. I progressed quite well and Brian put me in for my test 6 weeks ago but DSA postponed it. Was annoyed at the time but don't mind now because I passed last Friday 21st August with 2 minors. Brian changed his car 2 days before my test as well! Couldn't be more happy to have passed. Thanks so much.

Saw Brian's car doing bay parking near my house and started lessons two weeks later. I have reached quite a good standard now. We get on really well and have a lot of fun. I'm off to uni in September and have my test booked. Bit nervous about it but confident. Loving it. No regrets at all.

I was really nervous before I picked up the phone to call Brian. I put it off time and time again but glad I eventually called him. He taught my best friend. We got on really well from the off and he encouraged me through the nervy first few lessons. I was rubbish! He always has a ridiculously packed diary and it is obvious to me why this is so. But as a mum I was happy that he put an emphasis on safety rather than fast tracking me. I failed 1st time because of one stupid mistake. Passed 2nd time yesterday with 2 minor faults and glowing comments from the one and only Alan West. Couldn't be more pleased. Yes, Brian asked me if I'd leave this review but I'm delighted to do so.

Brian uses some fun and unorthodox ways of getting his message across and it works really well. He is appears to be really casual but is really on the ball big time. I passed with Alan West who complemented me on my driving - something that I did not expect judging on reports from friends. Anyway I did it and am really grateful. Doing pass plus next weekend which should be good.

Massively relieved to pass at second attempt. First time I got the nightmare examiner that everyone talks about! Brian was as devastated as I was I think. Second time I sailed through despite not driving quite as well as first test. Brian was superb and my mum bought him some champaign as a thank you.

my mum rang several schools to get some prices. some gave free lessons and one offered £10 an hour. must be desperate we thought. brian had no special offers at all and said if we wanted just cheap lessons he could give us some numbers to ring! he said if i didnt enjoy 1st lesson he would not charge me for it. as it happens it was a laugh and i loved it. test is 19th dec but even if i fail i have no regret. brian always busy but worth waiting a couple weeks if u need to.

I had a break of three years from when i took lessons before. My confidence was shot to pieces cause a failed with quite a lot of faults. Found Aton on web and booked ten lessons straight away as we hit it off on the phone! Glad i did cause i passed on thursday with 6 minors. More than happeee.

If you want to learn 2 drive and enjoy it at the same time id give atom a try. we got on really well and now i have a licence and my own little car :-)
