This resturant is supposed to be "The best in newport" and The most expensive!" well, i went there for a meal with my company i work for, only for all my associates and me to be shouted at and if you asked for anything you were asked to wait!, food was cold and extremely small portions, Which looked like slop on a plate. and half of us didnt get our starters and was still charged for it! there was also hair in one of the meals. Ive never been so insulted by such a top company who didnt have a clue how to serve us. Plus after all that you have to pay for 1.00GBP for the service charge. Awful palce to eat i'd recommend McDonalds better place to eat! and im writing this for all off them who feel the same.
