At Flamin' nosh restaurant we really DO use the finest fresh ingredients, which are then cooked in our cave in our open kitchen, if you are interested why not pull a stool up the the granite counter surrounding the kitchen for a up close view and have a chat with our talented chefs.

I went to Flamin' Nosh at the beginning of May this year with my boyfriend and 2 of our friends (also a couple). The main course came about 20 minutes after the starter and my boyfriend and one of our friends ordered a chicken pasta dish. It consisted of 4 small pieces of chicken breast, a spoonful of watery sauce and 10 pieces of pasta. They weren't happy with it but we decided not to complain.
At the end of the meal the woman (who we presumed was in charge) asked if everything was ok, when my boyfriend explained we were disappointed about the portion, she jumped down his throat and said 'well you ate it all' in a harsh manner. My boyfriend got aggitated by her manners and she ended up insulting him and physically pushing him out of the restraunt, leaving me and his friend's girlfriend to pay the bill.
That woman acted disgracefully that night, we saw her gulping wine all night so no doubt she was drunk. She shouldn't have been drinking when working anyway.
When my boyfriend emailed them explaining out reason for complaining she simply replied 'go back to mcdonalds.' How mature.
I would never recommend this failing restraunt (i'm told its always empty) as the service is slow and sloppy and the food is poor for the price you pay.
Keep clear! Sul Lago and San Rocco are much better italian restraunts in the tameside area.
