Belvoir Group was founded in 1994 when Wing Commander Mike Goddard and his wife Stephanie began their planning for a Residential Letting Agency in Lincolnshire. The aim was to create a service which was professional yet personal and which exceeded the expectations of Landlords and Tenants alike. Drawing on their extensive experience and applying their strict standards of quality and customer care they launched Belvoir Property Management in February 1995.
