Visiting us
Due to government guidelines regarding COVID-19, services available at the dealership have been adapted for your safety. Please be patient with us as we adjust to this new way of working.

Book an appointment
Please call us to make an appointment before visiting to be confident that we can meet you. If you attend the dealership without an appointment you may not be able to be seen.

Your Safety
If the dealership is busy when you visit, you may be asked to wait outside. Social distancing measures including one-way systems, sanitisers and in some cases personal protection equipment will be in place.

Servicing
We can book and arrange the routine service for your car and the cost of servicing is included in your Motability Scheme lease. We will contact you when the service is due and and arrange everything for you. More information about routine servicing can be found on the Motability Scheme website.

MOT
We will contact you to book the MOT for your car towards the end of your lease. The cost of your MOT is included as part of your lease, and needs to be completed before you had back your Motability Scheme car. More information about the MOT can be found on the Motability Scheme website.

Confirming your eligibility
We can confirm your eligibility for the Motability Scheme when you visit us. Alternatively you can also check your eligibility on the Motability Scheme website in advance of your visit.

We will support you in choosing the right car that meets your needs by finding out what is most important to you, including the size of your family and the types of journeys you make, as well as your disability needs like accessibility and comfort.

Test drive
A test drive is the best way to find out properly whether a car is right for you and we will be more than happy to arrange this. Supplying the car
We will order your new Motability Scheme car directly with the manufacturer and supply this for you, keeping you updated every step of the way. When your new car is ready to collect we will arrange a time that is convenient for you and ensure that you are comfortable with all of the features of your new car before you leave the showroom.
