The Higoi is one of the longest established Japanese Restaurants out side of London. A fully trained Japanese chef, Mr Kato is familiar with every aspect of truly authentic Japanese cuisine. He left Japan in 1986, firmly establishing himself in England before opening his own restaurant in the same year.
